A Modern Machine Concert

Upon the first tune, it appears that 'A Modern Machine' has oft listened to "The Figurehead" by The Cure. Unfortunately, neither the lead's vocalist's charisma or the musicianship is at the level of that, admittedly, exultant band. Most of the tunes are mid-tempo sludges although some outros build as songs from Live would. The final tune is the most sucessful molding of their sounds - this one closer to Echo & the Bunnymen meets Linkin Park meets some halfway Amy Lee vocals. Most definitely the most admirable tune. I'll see what's new in a year.
