I saw this show. It was a total mind bender. The Live Evil record and this tape don't even come close to how intense this stuff was. I mean give me a break... Mandrill and Elvin Bishop??? After the Miles experience everything else seemed so lame. Airto and Jack DeJohnette were badd to the bone. This music totally ruined me for any kind of rock or pop music. Remember this was thirty-seven years ago.

One of the greatest combos of all time. So Fat, so Funky, so Free, so Open, so Strong! Here soaked with the joy of playing with Jack DeJohnette again. Fasten your seatbelts AND HELMETS! Peace, Love and Understanding, Freddan www.freddan.biz
